BACKING BOARD
Backing boards are required for traffic lights installed above the roadway according to art. 168, paragraph 5 of the implementing regulation of art. 41 of the N.C.D.S.

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
The board has a rectangular shape with a central slot to accommodate the traffic light. It is made of aluminum painted with a black base and white border according to fig. II 462 Art. 168 of D.P.R. 495 dated 16/12/92. The black base is applied using oven-cured epoxy paints, with the white border following the same standard.
