OPERATION

  • USER OPERATION
    The portal is easy to use and allows users to select the type of reservation, the date and time of validity, and complete the payment via major circuits (Visa, PayPal, etc.). After completing the operation, the user receives a confirmation email with a QR code that, printed or displayed on a smartphone, allows access to the parking area within the validity period of the reservation. Any stay beyond the validity period can be settled at automatic or manual payment points. The booking forms are contained within a frame that is easy to integrate into a website and are customizable.
  • ADMIN
    The portal allows viewing and managing received reservations for the selected period. Multiple types of reservations can be created, on an hourly or daily basis, with different rates according to needs. Numerous detailed reports are available to clearly and immediately visualize all reservation information, such as sales, number of requests, etc. Each report can be exported in .csv format. Reservation data exchange occurs through the web platform and the parking database to ensure maximum data security and reliability.
