A1100
Inductance Loop Vehicle Detectors
The A1100 series vehicle detectors use microprocessor technology to detect vehicles via a loop embedded in the road surface, connected to the detector with a two-wire cable. The series includes the following devices:
- Detector A1101B (box version), single-channel
- Detector A1102B (box version), dual-channel, containing two separate detectors
- Detector A1102S (board version), dual-channel, containing two separate detectors
- Detector A1104S (board version), four-channel, containing four separate detectors

- HYSTERESIS
FEATURES
A series of switches on the front panel allow selection of different operating modes as specified below.
OPERATING FREQUENCY
Using the FL-FH switch, two different operating frequencies can be set to avoid cross-talk between detectors or adjacent loops (internal pre-selection for A1104S).
HYSTERESIS
Using the FILTER switch, a hysteresis function can be activated to eliminate false detections caused by changes in loop inductance due to road surface deformations (function always active in the A1104S model).
