The RMA (Return Material Authorization) form is used by SCAE S.p.A. to optimize and handle your request in the best possible way. All returned material must have a valid RMA number.
This number is necessary to ensure proper tracking and handling of returned material at the factory.
Do not return any material until an RMA number is issued. SCAE reserves the right to refuse shipments that do not have an authorized RMA number. Refused shipments will be returned to the shipper via collect freight. Please fill out the form as completely as possible.
The RMA number must be printed on all shipping documents and attached to each shipped package.
