BRACKET POLE

It is used within signalized intersections, for mounting traffic light signals to be positioned on the straight part of the pole or on the arm for hanging up traffic signals.

GENERAL FEATURES

The mechanical structure of the traffic light post has an octagonal section on the straight pole with a cylindrical curved arm, in 2 elements (pedestal + arm) prepared for being assembled on site by interlocking for overlapping. The arm in cylindrical curved steel is made by 1800 bending radius. The pole is designed for anchoring to the base by driving into the concrete foundation block. It is constructed by cold forming of sheet metal and subsequent external longitudinal welding performed with the MAG automatic procedure approved by R.I.N.A. The material used is in high quality steel having characteristics according to EN 10025 standard: minimum yield strength 355 N / mm2, tensile strength 510¸680 N / mm2. The straight steel pole with octagonal section is complete with an opening for the passage of electric cables, junction for ground connection, 186 × 45 slot for terminal board. The surface protection normally provided is obtained by immersion in molten zinc tanks. The thickness of the zinc layer complies with UNI EN 40 part 4 regulations. Available with 4 and 6 meter arm.
