CITYPARKWEB

CITYPARKWEB is a parking control and management system that provides users and in particular the motorist, an immediate view of the available free places in the different car parks, located in an area or in a specific area of the city, and to the offices in charge to analyse and control the occupancy status of all parking lots through interactive maps.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

CITYPARKWEB parking addressing system provides useful information about the nearest parking facility that has free places: in this way it is possible to avoid unnecessary loss of time for motorists in search of a space where to park and at the same time are reduced emissions of harmful substances in the atmosphere. The system therefore allows a more effective use of the existing spaces for parking, directing the flow of traffic in the urban center, making public transport faster and therefore appreciable and promoting traffic safety;
The CITYPARKWEB system consists of a Remote Data Center, on WEB platform, where all the information of the available spaces is conveyed, provided by the local control stations with the function of sending the number of spaces available to the signs located in the city area via TCP / IP protocol. The local control equipment of each parking lot receives the vehicular transit signal (input / output) from the directional detectors (magnetic loops) and updates the respective local variable message signs by cable or radio. The LCD panel of each local control device displays, by means of a special synoptic, the number of total, occupied and available places.

The operators in charge are able to change the number of seats occupied / available by means of a special multifunctional keyboard. Each parking lot is provided with one or more variable message signs with “LED” technology that display the status of the “Free / Complete” parking and the number of spaces available through a 3-digit display.
CITYPARKWEB system is able to manage the counting of parking areas and remote messaging also through GPRS network and therefore without the need to lay down ethernet signal cables, optical fiber or any other.
