STRUCTURE:
Box made with a powder-coated extruded aluminum profile, with standard dimensions of 110x80x15 cm (HxLxW), with the front side radiated and the back suitable for inserting a cover made of powder-coated aluminum, with lever operated locks for easy maintenance. The structure is welded and reinforced at the corners with inside guides for fixing all the electrical elements and for housing the batteries. Front protection made of 3 mm thick transparent polycarbonate sheet, anti UV and with excellent impact resistance. Finishing of the front part in refracting film with insertion of the logo and the name of the City/customer, writings or symbols at customer’s discretion.

DISPLAY FEATURES
Useful area equal to 600X450 mm.; the display consists of 2 identical LED matrices with size 300×450 mm. Each pixel is composed of trough-hole LED

DISPLAY

On the available graphics area, previously loaded images can be viewed on the CPU (on a non-volatile memory) and these can be overlaid with numeric characters (in addition to the white space and the + and – signs).
Speed display with character height up to 45 cm for the two digits and up to 28 cm for the three digits.
You can set the display brightness within a scale of 128 values; you can have only the image flashing, only the numerical part or both.

Display mode:

• It is possible to set a maximum of 5 speed ranges (eg from 30-49km / h; 50-55km / h; 56-61km / h …)
• For each single range you can display only one numeric font (eg 49; 55; 125 …) and only one font, symbol or written (*** ATTENTION *** in example 1 of the second line above, both fonts are used : Numeric + Written)
