INTERCOM SYSTEM

The telephone-intercom system allows to put in contact a user experiencing troubles with the Operator present at the cash desk or, by diverting the call on a public telephone line to remote personnel (parking without supervision). The entry / exit / automatic cash register stations have a special ‘Info’ button on each front, a digital telephone socket inside the chassis. When the user presses the ‘Info’ button, the intercom system of the parking lot activates, by means of a telephone call switch, a sequence of cascaded public telephone numbers (landlines or smartphones). The exit phone jack provides a ‘on board’ relay for opening the barrier in case of emergency and if possible activated by the operator by entering a code on the telephone / smart phone keypad. The intercom system is provided digital (dedicated to parking only) or IP with connection to the already existing IP_SIP telephone exchange unit.
