ENTRY TICKET 

The single entry ticket is issued by Aura30 entry station when the ticket issue button is pressed and the presence loop has been activated.  The ticket is in fanfold format and is valid for a single parking inside the parking lot. It must be used for parking payment by inserting it at the Aura30 P cash machine or at the manned cash desk. It contains information on the date and time of entry, both in clear and coded on EAN13 barcode: this information allows you to quantify the amount to be paid when you arrive at the payment station. Once payment has been processed, it is necessary to present the ticket at the exit station within a time period set by the system manager.

SPECIAL EXIT TICKET 

The single exit ticket is issued by the printer connected to the manned cash desk. The ticket is in fanfold format and is valid for a single exit: it must be inserted into to the exit station within the time indicated in the lower part of the ticket.

MANUAL ENTRY TICKET 

The manual entry ticket is issued by the manual cash desk and allows the payment of parking at the automatic or manual cash station from the date / time set by the operator during the issuing phase. Used in case of « lost ticket issuance in trust» or «failure to issue entry ticket».

LOST TICKET

If the ticket is lost, the user, after paying an amount set by the operator, collects an exit ticket issued by the automatic cash machine or, via the operator, by the manual cash desk.

SEASON TICKET WITH FIXED PERIOD OR WITH CREDIT

The fixed period season ticket is issued by the Aura30 P automatic cash desk or automatic cash desk and by the manned cash desk. The ticket is in fanfold format and allows, for a season the unlimited entry to the parking lot for the entire period of validity, for the credit ticket until the amount is exhausted.

PROXIMITY CARDS 

The entry, exit, manual and automatic stations are equipped with proximity card readers with “contactless” technology at 125Kz, MiFare or other technological standards requested by the Customer.  The cards used may be, at the discretion of the Manager, ISO7810 PVC card with integrated chip and with customized screen printing on the front and back, radiofrequency key rings, etc.  The type of reading is contactless at a distance of about 3 cm. from the reader.  The cards are sold at the manual cash desk upon registration and can be renewed (expiry or balance recharge) at the automatic or manual cash desk.

VEHICLE TAGS WITH READING UP TO 5 MT. (TELEPASS TYPE) 

In combination with the «AURA TUVA» system, through «Long Range» readers at the entry and exit stations it is possible to manage subscriptions by means of a vehicle TAG reading and opening lane barrier from about 5 meters.  Managed as proximity cards.  Management software completely integrated into the «registry», «administrative» – «programming» – «report» data center of the parking.

AUTOMATIC LICENSE PLATE READING (OCR) 

In combination with the «AURA NEA» system, via OCR cameras at the entry and exit station. 

Ticket function: at the entry the system registers the vehicle license plate number, associating it to the ticket ID number as well as printing it on the ticket issued; at the exit the system verifies both the payment made and the ‘match’ between ticket ID and vehicle license plate number; the barrier opening command will only take place with the positive result of both controls. 

Season function: the system recognizes that the vehicle license plate number at the entry / exit is inserted into the system as a valid “subscriber”; in this case a lane barrier opening command is started.
