In parking lots with extensive parking areas that are difficult to break down into micro-areas, the control of the single space is crucial, in order not to congest the internal viability of the car park with useless passages of vehicles looking for a free parking space; SCAE has integrated in the data center software an application software that manages, precisely, the control of the single space.

The guidance system to the single parking space is becoming one of the distinctive features of underground car parks that take particular care of the service offered to users. Similarly to other systems on the market, it aims to lead the user to one of the free spaces available within the parking lot. This operation is carried out with the help of luminous signals in red / green color placed at each single space and by a series of panels with cross / arrow indicators (also red / green) and / or display signs indicating in numbers the availability of the area in proximity of junctions and intersections along the internal viability of the parking lot. Through these different signals, the user is initially “guided” towards the area (or floor) where there are free car spaces and, subsequently, towards the space where the signal is free (green signal). With an addressing system to the single parking space, the time for searching operations is reduced to minimum and this leads to greater customer satisfaction. The manager will obtain a return in terms of parking prestige but also a reduction in the maintenance of the forced ventilation system (for underground parking lots) and better use of parking spaces.
